If you have concerns about a treatment or any aspect of your visit, please speak directly with a member of our team. We will always listen and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If your concern cannot be resolved at the time, please ask to speak with Caroline, our Clinic Director, who will provide further support and guidance.

Should you wish to make a formal complaint, we ask that you do so in writing. This enables us to thoroughly review and investigate your concerns in line with our clinic’s complaints policy. A copy of our full complaints policy is available upon request and we will be happy to show this to you at any time. We promise to respond to your complaint within 48 hours and will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
