The New Cellular Treatment Factor in NCTF® was created in 1978 and has been clinically proven to be effective in studies ever since; it is most usually delivered using a mesotherapy injection technique, performed using special nano soft needles as part of the BeautifEYE and Bio Nutri Neck treatments.
The NCTF® 135HA serum contains:

• 24 amino acids
• 6 co-enzymes
• 5 nucleic acids
• 6 minerals
• 6 other ingredients including glutathione
• Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid

BeautifEYE is used to improve fine lines like crow’s feet and under-eye lines and to restore the delicate skin around the eyes including reducing dark circles and tear troughs. The combination serum of NCTF® 135HA is a skin booster and not a dermal filler. The infusion of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids into the mesodermal layer of the skin gets these active ingredients directly into the area of the dermis responsible for new collagen and elastin formation and hydration of the skin. Using dermal filler in the tear trough area is not always suitable for all patients, but the area can be restored effectively and safely with BeautifEYE. Suitable for men and women, with all skin types, this treatment gives a significant wow factor when brightening the eye area.

To target uneven skin tone and pigmentation around the tear trough, or dark circles, and to remove superficial dead skin cells, the protocol uses a skin perfusion chemical peel (BRIGHT PEEL®) before the application of the NCTF® 135HA serum.

BeautifEYE can therefore target and improve:

• Fine lines and wrinkles under and around the eyes
• Dark circles, under-eye puffiness, and dull-looking, tired eyes
• Under-eye hydration and skin elasticity

Bio Nutri Neck treatment follows a similar protocol on the neck area, with the addition of M-HA 10, a free hyaluronic acid, to improve skin texture, firmness, and elasticity to minimise fine lines, often called necklace lines or tech neck lines (caused by prolonged bending of the head downwards to read smartphones).

Treatments can be further enhanced by combining adjunctive options like Dermalux LED Flex, also available at BU Aesthetics™ in West Kirby. We provide easy access to aesthetic treatments to those living in Merseyside, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester.

Treatments are performed in a 3-step process – peeling, mesotherapy, plus aftercare. It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for each treatment session. Both BeautifEYE and Bio Nutri Neck are delivered as a programme of 3 treatments which are spaced 2 weeks apart, so the whole treatment programme will take a month to complete, and results will continue to improve after your last session.

BeautifEYE

After cleansing the skin, a pre-peel product is applied, followed by the BRIGHT PEEL®. This is left on the skin for 3 minutes before being covered with a post-peel product and cleansed with water. The NCTF® 135HA serum is placed in small drops across the area of the upper and lower eyelid and crow’s feet using FILLMED’s nano soft needles specially designed for mesotherapy techniques, which only penetrate to the depth of the mesoderm in the skin using a very thin 36G needle that is 0.6mm long. The little raised bumps created from depositing the serum are massaged gently after injection to help distribute the skin booster. Finally, a soothing B3- Recovery cream is applied and gently massaged into the eye contour area as the final step. A recovery eye mask, to be applied for 15 minutes, is provided for home use following treatment.

Bio Nutri Neck

The same 3-step protocol is applied when treating the neck, with the BRIGHT PEEL® also applied to the neck before the placement of the NCTF® 135HA serum and M-HA 10.

Both treatments can be combined with Dermalux LED Flex to optimise the skin rejuvenation action further.

You will have a thorough 30-minute consultation with Independent Nurse Prescriber Caroline to determine your suitability for BeautifEYE or Bio Nutri Neck treatment using the NCTF® 135HA serum. She will take a full medical history to determine if you have any underlying medical conditions, or known allergies, or are taking any medication that could make you unsuitable or contraindicated for treatment. A history of allergy to hyaluronic acid or any of the active ingredients is likely to be contraindicated.

FILLMED treatments with NCTF® 135HA serum are suitable for men and women of all skin types, so if you are generally in good health, you should be able to have treatment.

If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding or are under 18 years old, you cannot have treatment. Similarly, if you have damaged or broken skin in the area to be treated, or an active bacterial, fungal, or viral infection, this will need to be resolved before treatment.

It is important that you discuss what you hope to achieve from BeautifEYE or Bio Nutri Neck treatment so we can evaluate if it is the right treatment for your concerns. Both treatments use NCTF® 135HA which is designed to be a skin-boosting treatment and not a dermal filler. BeautifEYE and Bio Nutri Neck treatments can be combined with other treatments to achieve full-face rejuvenation which can be discussed during a consultation on treatments for lines and wrinkles with other options including dermal fillers or botulinum toxin.

All aspects of treatment, including any risks, will be fully explained during the consultation, allowing you to book your treatment appointment or have some time to go away and think about it. Few treatments are performed on the same day as your consultation appointment.

The chemical skin peel used as part of the 3-step treatment protocol is suitable for sensitive skin.

The nano soft needles used for the mesotherapy technique to place the NCTF® 135HA serum are very small and treatment is considered well-tolerated by most, with only mild discomfort or pinching during treatment in some areas. No topical anaesthesia or numbing cream is needed.

The use of NCTF® 135HA has a long history, with many clinical studies proving both efficacy and safety.

Downtime is minimal from treatment with both BeautifEYE and Bio Nutri Neck. You can expect to see small, raised bumps across the skin immediately after treatment where the NCTF® 135HA serum has been placed just below the surface layer of the skin. These look a little like a nettle sting reaction or hives and will resolve quickly over 24-48 hours.

Expect some mild redness and swelling, particularly under the eyes but also on the neck area for up to 24 hours. You must not rub or touch the area or apply make-up for the first 24 hours after treatment. Full aftercare advice will be provided.

Treatment around the eyes with BeautifEYE will correct fine lines under and around the eyes, improve skin texture, hydrate, and increase skin elasticity to reduce dark circles, as well as restore radiance to the whole eye area. You will notice improvements immediately after your first treatment as the hyaluronic acid hydrates the area.

Clinical studies into the use of NCTF® 135HA have shown that after 5 treatment sessions for BeautifEYE there is a 72% reduction in wrinkles, 132% increase in hydration, 144% increase in skin radiance, 59% reduction in pore size, and a 43% reduction in the depth of crow’s feet.

Treatment of the neck with Bio Nutri Neck will correct visible signs of ageing on the neck including necklace lines, and lines associated with ‘tech neck’ from smartphone use which creates folds or static lines in the skin caused by continued downward gazing. Skin elasticity and texture will be corrected, and the area will appear plumper and more hydrated.

Results are expected to last up to 3 months, sometimes longer, with maintenance or top-up treatments recommended every 3-6 months to prolong the improvements to your skin quality.
