- You can book appointments at your convenience through our user-friendly online booking system or by calling 0151 332 5456. Our phone lines are open Monday – Thursday, 08.30– 19.00, Friday, 08.30 – 18.00, and Saturday, 09.00 – 15.00. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message, and our booking coordinators will respond during working hours. Please note that appointments cannot be booked, changed, or cancelled via social media or text messaging.
- Please reserve the emergency number strictly for post-treatment emergencies only. It should not be used to reschedule appointments or general inquiries.
- To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required per treatment, not per appointment, at the time of booking. Payment can be made via the online booking system or over the phone. This amount is deducted from the treatment cost.
- If you cancel your appointment within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited. However, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you must reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, have cold symptoms, or any other illness. Should this occur within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will still be forfeited as it is considered a late reschedule or cancellation.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for appointments longer than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This also applies if you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment.
- If you have paid a deposit for a consultation, please be aware that the outcome may be information and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
- As mandated by law, all new patients seeking Botox treatment must undergo a face-to-face consultation at least 48 hours before the treatment. If deemed suitable for treatment during the consultation, a prescription will be issued, and the product will be ordered from the pharmacy. This requirement applies if you have not consulted with the practitioner in over 6 months.
- Botox review appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the initial treatment. No additional treatments will be administered after this period to minimise the risk of developing neutralising antibodies.
- Children are not permitted in treatment rooms. Please attend your appointment alone.
- We want to ensure you don’t miss your appointment. You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. Please verify your appointment time, as it may have changed.
- Please arrive at your appointment makeup-free and with a freshly cleansed face to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, which can lead to post-treatment complications. If you arrive wearing makeup, you will be turned away. Note that using baby wipes is not sufficient.
- Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before and after your appointment, as this can affect results.
- For a week before and after treatment, avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen and vitamin E, along with certain food supplements such as fish oil, garlic, St. Johns Wort, ginger, ginkgo and green tea. This will reduce the risk of bruising.
- Avoid applying active topical products such as Tretinoin, retinol, glycolic acid, or anti-aging products for three days before treatment.
- Avoid waxing, tanning, tinting, or hair removal cream on the area to be treated.
- Avoid invasive facial procedures for two weeks before and after your treatment.
- Arnica pellets should be taken one week before and after treatment. Arnica has anti-inflammatory properties that aid in tissue repair and bruise reduction. You can purchase Arnica pellets from most pharmacies and online. Please follow the recommended dosage instructions.
- Eating pineapple for a few days before treatment may reduce your risk of bruising as it contains an anti-inflammatory enzyme called Bromelain.
- Please ensure you have something substantial to eat before your appointment to reduce the risk of light-headedness during your treatment.
- Please do not book filler treatments less than 4 days before travelling in case there are complications post-procedure.
- You may be asked to arrive at your appointment at least 30 minutes early to apply numbing cream to the treatment area. During this time, you will wait in a shared waiting area with other patients and customers passing through. Please inform us if you have any concerns about this arrangement as soon as possible.
